I was initially referred to this position as a good candidate based on their job description. After a call and an email, I was then asked for an in person interview. My interview was with the Director of Client Services and the current Client Services Manager. The ladder was a great, easy interview with basic information about what the job is, what has happened in the past, and what is to be expected. The second interview with Blake was a little bit more intense and mostly about why I wouldn't be a good fit. One of his favorite lines during the interview was "Don't take this the wrong way" which meant he can care less about even being there, but then he was also hinting toward how soon he needed to go to his 4pm meeting on Friday afternoon. interview ended awkwardly as he said you know how to leave right? Felt that I wasted my time and knew I would not obtain a job offer.
