I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at ReadyCap Commercial (Irving, TX)
Interview
I was contacted by a recruiter and scheduled for an interview a week later. I was not given interview logistics or even the location. I had to ask for this information. Also I interviewed with 6 people and was not told this beforehand. The interview lasted about 2 hours. Interviewing with 6 people seems excessive. Everyone was friendly enough but I had to repeat myself a few times. Be prepared to interview with many people and to be there for about 2 hours. Culture seems friendly enough. Everyone was nice and laid back but did ask a few job specific questions. Be prepared to run down your work history at least 3 times. This company is rapidly growing and have recently re-branded. Working from home is frowned upon and only an option for senior employees. No talk of benefits or anything.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at ReadyCap Commercial (Irving, TX) in Sept 2017
Interview
Hiring process was a little overwhelming at first due to you having to meet with 4 people in total that day. I meet with two of my possible coworkers, along with the manager and her manager. This interview process turned out to be the most laid back and "not nervous" interview I've ever been on. I was contacted by the recruiter to come in for an interview the week before and she was very polite and understanding of my time. After the interview, I walked out of there knowing that I did great in the interview and that they really liked me and I would be a great fit.
