Involved sitting down with the head of office, assistant broker, and then head broker. Mostly they want to make sure you’ll be a good fit and are worth hiring/training. 100% of your salary comes from your commissions so getting hired isn’t the difficult part; driving all your business is.

Meet with the manager and go over the typical job requirements and work environment. Review background and sale skills that are relevant to being a realtor. Go over the commission structure after completing a deal. Go over the training the company provides each employee.
