There is a very flexible and casual chat atmosphere, with a lot of emphasis on acquired skills and opportunities to apply those skills. Technical skills were important, but where there were deficiencies, training was offered. There was also a commitment to personal support.
I applied in-person. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Real People (Singapore) in July 2018

1 hr talk with the director and a former intern. they are easy to get along with. Sadly they didn't give me the offer.
one thing to note is that they asked a lot about your career vision. get prepared for this.

It was tough and the best candidates got the job.
i spent the whole from morning till 4 pm in the evening.
the first session was all about general questions,
second session about skills test an the third Part one on one with the departmental head.
