The moment i met HR, He gave me a Sheet with Business Requirement (It Explained the case Very Clearly) asked me to prepare Functional Recruitment Document. But without talking to me on other aspects how can they judge my Talent & Skills, on the basis of FRD?

The interview process was cool and I cleared it so easily :)
I joined RealPage in Oct 2021, I am very much excited and my first day experience is cool :)
I was welcomed with a kit consisting of a bag full of wonders :)
A nice steel bottle, cup, photo frame, diary, pen, T-shirt etc.
I felt very happy seeing the kit :)

The interview process is quick and good as they dont make you to wait. My advice to management is to please short list the resume first and then schedule the interview, simply dont waste your and ours time
