Phone call from recruiter that lasted about 15 minutes. She had a few positions available and was trying to feel me out to see where I would fit the best. Once she talked to the hiring manager then she set up a one on one interview with them.

I don't remember specific questions. However I do know that they will work with you on your salary; so don't be afraid to counter offer what they offer you. I got $5K than they first offered.

Interview
Interview was extremely easy and straight-forward. Very kind people and wonderful Director. She was kind, inquisitive, and is a wonderful support for her team. She is extremely team-oriented, and shows it every day in her job.
