The interview was strange to say the least. Firstly, the Woman interviewing me reached out to me and asked if I was interested in a remote sales position. I said I would like to learn more, and she scheduled a call. During the interview she gave vague descriptions of what the role entailed and asked me very broad questions such as "describe the tech industry". When I didn't have the specific answers to the very broad questions she was asking, she chuckled and asked what my expectations for salary were. I responded with base $45,000/$50,000 with $20,000 OTE (The industry Average). She then laughed and said I didn't know enough "lingo and tech terms" and offered me a poverty level $35,000 yearly base salary. Mind you, she came to me and said my resume shows I'm a right fit for the position. Don't waste your time, they are just going to condescend and low ball you.
