A panel of four people asked me questions from a list, which I was provided beforehand. Questions ranged from my previous experience as an educator to how I might respond in specific, hypothetical classroom situations. The tone of the interview was alternately light and serious. In total, it lasted about 45 minutes. None of the questions were off-base; all seemed relevant to the school's goal of filling a specific position.
