I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Realstar (Edmonton, AB) in Aug 2021
Interview
The interview pretty much took the form of asking: can you start right now. Very few questions were asked to determine my abilities or skill level. Little did I know how much turnover there was or how unrealistic the work would be.

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Realstar (Ottawa, ON) in Aug 2013
Interview
Started with a scheduled phone call with HR, which was quite pleasant. Then they tell you the next step over the phone, which is to meet with the Resident Managers at the location which you would potentially be working. The final part of the interview process involved another on site meeting but this time with the Regional Manager. All in all, the interview process was fine.
