I applied through university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Realtor.com (Richmond, BC) in Feb 2020
Interview
The interview lasted 45 minutes, at their Richmond Offices.
It began with typical interview questions like 'Tell me something about yourself.' , 'Why Realtor?' , 'Why this role?' and a few behavioural questions. (5-10 minutes)
It was then followed by whiteboard technical questions. I was asked only one question, but the interviewer kept on changing the scenarios or asking me to decrease the time complexity of my solution, which was a bit challenging. (~30 minutes)
The last 5 minutes were spent asking questions to the interviewer about the job role or the work culture.
Very easy and painless, took a while to get back to me afterwards. And kept delaying when they would respond. Interviewers we’re very nice, and overall very pleasant and fun experience.
