1. Selection of candidature from walk in drives, HR consultant's database, employee reference
2. Screening of CV takes place in two rounds, first by HR to understand experience in number of years, type of projects, how many job changes etc. The next screening is done by technical recruiter to understand technical expertise, project delivered etc.
3. Telephonic session by HR, asking general questions about soliciting a job change, understanding communication skills, availability for detailed technical sessions etc including salary expectation
4. First round technical questions, telephonic on tools/technologies used for past projects, role etc, trying to understand concepts on technologies
5. Practical review either face to face or webex. Candidates are required to write codes. The level of questions varies w r t number of years of experience of the candidates.
6. After the above round, there is a provision of technical review session where the candidates are required to present project post mortem of any of their past projects. This session is primarily more for the senior candidates like project lead/TL etc.
7. Then comes salary negotiation and notice period discussions. The company prefers candidates to fulfill their commitments with their earlier organization and then join us.
