We often receive a high number of applications due to the benefits we offer (hybrid/flexible working, 25 days of holiday plus bank holidays (increasing by 1 annually), your birthday off, an individual training budget equivalent to 5% of your annual salary, free drinks and snacks, as well as quarterly out of office fun days and other regular social and charity events) which can impact our ability to provide individual feedback to each candidate.
