It was drug out, did not have great communication and it did not feel like anyone had an exact understanding what was going on. They also drug their feet to let me know that I was not selected after 5 interviews and a 2.5 hour in person interview and tour.

GHOSTED! It has been 2+ weeks since my interview and even after following up twice I have not heard anything. Always great when recruiters ghost recruiters. Treat your candidates better.
