Interview
Video interview via microsoft teams. Very friendly through an external partner asked about why I chose the degree and the placement, very generic questions. Only lasted roughly 10-15 minutes and asked about skills I could bring to the role.
Interview was relaxed environment but there are several of them taking place at multiple points throughout a structured day. Interviews sandwiched by a team project. usually technical interview first and personal interview last

The interview was very laid-back and relaxed, making sure I could feel free to answer questions with an emphasis on seeing an individual approach to tackling challenges, rather than wanting a cookie-cutter structured response to the question.
