I applied online. The process took a single day. Next day I got a call from the company's CEO: First step was a 10 minute phone screening. Questions asked were pretty general about my educational/relevant experience background and future goals. After passing the screen, I was invited to the office for the interview portion. The process took around an hour as I was interviewed by one of there current employee asked simple questions regarding Django/Python: it was pretty easy no brainy type questions next it was on Database related questions (as before interviewing me he asked me about the comfort level with Database - I replied familiar with basics) - So I tried to answer most of the questions but not all So at the end CEO met me with another employee who will send me the test (mostly on python) and waited for 2 days but no reply!!
