I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Recollective in July 2020
Interview
Initial video interview with 2 hiring managers who were pretty nice and friendly, together with a written test (that is usually done after the initial phone call, but I was told to do before).
I would suggest not spending time doing the written assignment pre-initial interview - do it after so you don't waste your time if you don't want to continue with the process.
I had followed up with an email after asking for timelines and feedback, and got no response, which was a stark contrast to how responsive they were pre-interview. When I've taken time out of my workday to have an interview and do your written test, I think it's pretty basic courtesy to at least reach out to let me know you won't be moving forward with my candidacy.

I applied through university. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Recollective in July 2022
Interview
I went on two rounds of interviews, the company never bothered contacting me back to give me the outcome despite me chasing up numerous time Rachael Plamondon. Complete disrespect and waste of time.
