Interview
Interview process started great. The HR coordinator was awesome, very engaging and had great communication. I had gone through the screening, peer, manager and bosses boss interview and obviously passed to get to the final demo portion.
I had felt the entire process and demo went well. Although their wasn't enough time allotted for the demo portion and the SE Director/VP seemed to blame that issue on me even though they laid out what to present given the time set and just complained the entire time.
After that the company went completely dark, one guy can obviously make all the influence over a direct manager and peers (even if same person gave the thumbs up prior) .
Blessing in disguise as after all the time invested for the longer interview process the last follow up wasn't even a phone call or a personal e-mail. A generic no thanks email was sent, no feedback or interaction at all considering the time invested from both sides. Hate to see how they treat employees after seeing how they treat candidates.
Multiple interviews with hiring manager, his leader, leader of sales team to be supported, others. It ended with a presentation of the platform back to largely the same audience. Overall about 10 hours of time.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Recorded Future in Apr 2022
Interview
The interview process began with a phone screening from a senior recruiter who was expertly communicative and on top of the process the whole way through. The next step was a video call with the hiring manager, followed by the hiring manager's counterpart, the VP of Presales and then a veteran Sales Engineer. Each of these calls were 1-on-1 video calls and were very friendly and conversational. This was a great chance to learn more about the organization, the role, and a technical deep dive into the product. I was then provided access to Recorded Future and asked to develop a presales demo that I would present to the four combined parties. I felt that I was provided with plenty of resources to succeed, and really had a blast with the access to such an impactful product.
