The interview process was a very positive one for me! The people I spoke to were very nice and welcoming. It was easy to make conversation and they seemed interested. They don't do on-the-spot technical questions like other companies. It has been overall a great experience. Below I outline my process with my timeline: 10/20 - Applied 10/27 - Asked for an interview 11/2 - Behavioral interview with a recruiter, a coding challenge was given to me after this with 1 week to do it 11/10 - Technical interview with an engineer in which we went over the coding challenge I completed 11/12 - Two behavioral interviews with the Manager of the Data Science department and the VP of the Data Science department. Very relaxed interview, mostly a conversation. After this interview, I was told they gave positive feedback and to give professional references. 11/15 - Official Offer
