Recovco Mortgage Management interview questions

Nice Friendly people, easy and quiet atmosphere. Questions were being asked on how I underwrite files, I went through my process with them. They explained that this would be from a different stand point and reviewing forensically and how the clients want to see the files. Once that was explained I knew this would be something I could do no problem. You are basically the reviewer on a file and seeing what the Underwriter messed up on when it comes to guidelines.

It went very smoothly , management was nice. We met in a room she looked over my resume. And we spoke about previous employers and the relevant experience . She was very nice it was very laid back. I was over prepared but it was a good thing.
