Quite a long interview process: Interview 1- Meeting the team Interview 2- HR Manager Interview 3- Tech Assignment/Test with Snr Recruiter Interview 4- Meet & Greet with CEO Interview 5- Meet & Greet with COO I felt the process could be shortened, concerning that they have so much people within the interview process. Seems like they are unsure of what they are looking for. As well some tech interview questions being asked did make me contemplate their senior recruiters capability in understanding tech themselves. They are not very good on feedback either. Seems like the candidate has to do the chasing. If you are going to decline, it would be appropriate for them to create a good candidate experience, don’t send a coordinator to do the declining, especially being that far in the process. Concerned about their business model and longevity of their company this could bring issues in the near future with retaining their employees.
