Applied via Indeed, got call from HR after few weeks. Flew to Houston for an on-site Interview. The process included multiple 1:1 with different members as well as a Design challenge on the spot. Heard back after 3 weeks and accepted the offer

Mostly around the previous role, Walk through the resume. Supplied with random physcial object and asked to model it on Solidworks as well as perform FEA in 2 hrs.
