-Standard initial phone call -Arranged for a virtual meeting with two people -NONE OF THEM SHOWED UP, had to email the HR person who "would look into it" (of course, never did) -One of the people that was to interview me decides to email me a couple of hours later to arrange a new meeting -I have the interview (no apologies from them, of course) -Ghosted for a week and a half -Bombard them with emails till I get the usual "Hi, {candidate_name}, unfortunately..." So all in all, just a typical interview process with yet another company that doesn't care about first impressions.
