Interview
Upload your resume with standard basic info, complete a 5-scenario pre-interview technical analysis report which does take time to carefully analyze and write your thoughts. You have to talk about your passions in text fields and why you want the role. You won't see a human being. Red Canary's method of hiring is a very inhumane and degrading process. You'll probably get an email saying "while your skills are impressive, we've decided to move forward with another candidate that better fits our needs".

Interview
The application itself was the most fun part of the interview process. The open-ended scenario questions give you a chance to go as deep as you'd like.
After the application, there was 4 rounds of interviews, each with 2 interviewers. The questions were mostly technical, with later rounds including more behavioral.
