Tedious and a total waste of my time. I receive an email to complete a document with some questions. I submit it and then receive an email to complete a second document with similar questions that can be answered by simply looking at my resume. Note: at no point did I receive a phone call from anyone at the company. Later- I get a canned rejection email.
