I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Red Clay Consulting (Atlanta, GA) in Nov 2015
Interview
Applied online through a job portal.
Got a call from the recruiter in a few days.
Was briefed about Red Clay , job profile , role, expectations etc.
A technical interview was scheduled next week with a senior consultant.
Meanwhile I was asked to take an online aptitude test.
Next I was called onsite at the Red Clay office where I had to go through 4 rounds of interview.
Technical Interview , Case Study , Interview with the Managing Director and one more behavioral interview
Each lasted for about an hour.
Finally there was an online programming aptitude test.
The final decision was communicated within 3 days of my onsite interview.
The entire process took little over a month.
The hiring process was quite detail oriented and in depth.
Everyone was very polite and comforting.
They also took care of my airfare and hotel stay for my onsite interview.
It was a pleasant experience interacting with everyone at Red Clay

I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Red Clay Consulting (Atlanta, GA) in June 2015
Interview
Very lengthy and in-depth process that consisted of a phone interview, online personality assessment, B-APT test, case interview, and personality assessment. I interviewed with 5 different people and went in to the office 3 times. The phone interview with the recruiter was over an hour, on top of asking about experience also asked some deep personal questions. I went into the office to take the B-APT and then got to ask two recruiters more questions about the company. I went to the office again to talk to someone from professional services and then meet with another technical consultant to do the case interview. I went into the office again to meet with the director of operations to go over my personality assessment and to ask more questions. Everyone was very nice and personable, the whole human resources department is very organized, and very serious about the type of person they hire.

Case Interview: What is the dollar amount of light bulbs sold in Australia each year?
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Red Clay Consulting (Atlanta, GA) in June 2015
Interview
The interview process is fairly in-depth with multiple points where you can be removed from the process. My experience with Red Clay included a phone interview that lasted approximately one hour, a personality test, a B-Apt (Programming Aptitude Test) and an interview with with their Director of Operations. From my discussion with the director; there are potentially two more interviews with Senior Consultants.
The HR staff was polite and professional throughout the entire process. Overall a pleasant experience.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
One on One interview with the director consisted of standard behavioral interview questions and methodologies designed to be probing. They seemed to be much more concerned about looking for and maintaining cultural fit than technical aptitude.
