Red Collar Pet Foods interview questions

A lot of situation questions. Explain a time when "blank" happened and what you did to handle it. How do you work best? What are the pros and cons of this position you can think of right now?

I did a phone screening and then 2 back to back 45 minute interviews with the team there. I sent a follow up email thanking them for their time. It has been one month and I have not heard anything back. I understand that interviewing does not mean you will get the job, but I at least expected some sort of communication given the 3 hour mid-day interview I had. It gives the impression that your time is not valuable, which is best learned now rather than after accepting a job.
