Met at career fair early September, didn't hear any information until later in October for an on campus 1 hour interview with CEO. Learned later that day they wanted me to fly out to see the company in person. Flew out to Minneapolis, shuttled to Eau Claire, WI in early November where I had 5 back to back one on ones with company members then had dinner later that night. Next morning I had three more one on ones with company staff that were involved in the business development side of the company. Red Flint was very generous to me, but I knew the company was not the right fit and it showed during my final interview. Company was very quick of informing me of their decisions (took less than a week to hear back).
