Red House Communications interview questions

Met with CEO and son (who is President). Overall the strangest interaction I've had in an interview for a Marketing job. Marketing is a client facing industry and so to meet with executives about a position who cannot maintain eye contact and exhibit erratic behavior is concerning. Matt, the President played with his shoes while asking me questions, I was floored. I did do my due diligence and follow up only to hear that they were no longer hiring for the role I had interviewed for because of a lack or change in new business. I wonder why!?!?!
