Was very Informal. Met up with the store owner and talked for about 10 minutes. Did not dress up in a suit and tie. We didn't even sit down. I walked into the store and told the man in front I was there for an interview and a guy came out and asked me a few questions. Since I was a referral from a former employee he kept it short.
