Interview
I talked one on one with the department chair. I need to show a portfolio. The entire process was laid back and open. It was more of a casual conversation. I spoke of my breadth of job experiences and former teaching experiences. We spoke of teaching philosophies and the desire to teach. Interview was approximately 30 minute long.

It was basically in regard to experience and the subjects I had previously taught. There wasn't much formality involved. They needed someone to teach two classes a semester and it happened.
