I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Red Services (Tukwila, WA) in Mar 2016
Interview
I applied for a Manager In Training position. I was invited to an interview but when I arrived, it turned out to be a 40 minute information session on the company and how much money could be made. A one-on-one interview followed.

Question 1
No questions, only an invitation to second interview
I applied online. I interviewed at Red Services (Tukwila, WA) in Dec 2017
Interview
Write down questions to be answered afterwards. You go into a room full of people. They say it’s cause to save time. But then they tell you you’ll have one on one afterwards. Makes no sense. Then proceeded to explain the company for about an hour. Which makes no sense. Why take the time to explain the company if half the people might no be hired. Since your trying get to save time. Right? Anyways when the group interview was done. We have one guy leave in the middle of it because they wasn’t up front about the fact it was a sales position. Then five more people leave at the same time after the group interview. Wouldn’t not recommend a company that wouldn’t list their name as the hiring company on hiring websites. Don’t apply. Save your time. Please. Unless you like that pyramid scheme.

Question 1
Never made it to the one on one. The so called application is actually a questionnaire
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Red Services (Lynwood Center, WA) in June 2016
Interview
You go into a room, sit down for an hour long presentation on the company and their business model. They tell you the benefits of selling their product for them. The actual interview occurs after the presentation. You wait for your turn, each interview is about 10-15 minutes.
They seemed to almost over-emphasize the benefits of working for them, and they are not very upfront during any of the interview process about your potential work status (1099 Contractor), which I had to directly ask and only received an answer after repeating the questions a few times. I did not get a good feeling from the process, and they do not seem very selective.

Question 1
What are your professional goals and what is important to you in a "career" (basically looking to see if you claim to be ambitious)
