Interview process was someone contacting me via e-mail to setup a phone interview after looking at my work history asking me what time would be acceptable with a choice of times and dates. Several days ahead of time I chose a date/time even though the person did not specify what time-zone it was in. The day-of the interview I was contacted back that it was a different time zone and I waited...and waited...after about 15min I went out and contacted THEM and promptly hung-up on. I sent a follow up e-mail asking to contact me back ASAP with a confirmation of my phone number. Several hours later I was e-mailed back that it would be a good time to do the chat then by then I was completely disinterested in the company because problems start at the top and trickle down. If this is how their hiring and interview process is done I would hate to see how this company does day to day operations. I feel sorry for the employees having to deal with the lack of organization at the top and would be above the pay-grade they would be willing to give to set the ship in the right direction.
