Interview
Speed rounds with technical and non-technical Qs. Interviews thereafter with partners, probably around 5 x 20 mins. Would recommend knowing the basics of equity analysis and some of the macro trends at the time.
First you apply online, then you receive an online test which you complete before going onto the next stage.
The interview is 30 min and is scheduled with an analyst and a HR.

Behavioral based questions and around passions in equity research.
Online test then straight to assessment centre. Speed interviews(1 min per person) and then longer interviews. Other than question on news, no technical questions, including a stock pitch. Mainly behavioural. There was one small case study
