I had a very disappointing interview experience with Redcare.
I was contacted in early April because my profile seemed to be a good fit and I had been recommended by someone in my network. After the first recruiter call, many of my questions remained unanswered, and the follow-up was very brief.
The process then became extremely slow. Every two weeks I was told that the next interview would happen soon, but it kept being postponed due to vacations or internal reasons. In the end, the next interview took place only about two months later.
I was also told I would speak with a Senior Product Manager, but the hiring manager joined instead. He seemed tired and not very engaged during the conversation.
I did not move to the next stage, which is fine, but the overall process felt disorganized, unclear, and disrespectful of candidates’ time. I would not recommend applying.
