The first interview was excellent (the interviewer) had good manners, etc. Got put through to 2nd stage with two technical architects. One of them who was asking the vast majority of questions was well mannered, welcoming and most importantly looked like he was paying attention. The 2nd one - who also had a decision it seemed, wasn't paying attention for 90% of the interview - asked 2 questions at the end and was quite condescending/arrogant. In my opinion, if you are not experienced with interviews or don't have the decency to show you're even paying attention, you shouldn't be interviewing. The 2nd interviewer also arrogantly said I only knew about 1 technology when if he had paid any attention, the first interviewer asked about countless different technologies within that sphere to which I generally answered.
