It has been a long process but I appreciate that because it's neccessary in order to find the right fit for both parties involved. I will continue the process tomorrow after the fourth process. I'm not sure how many more there are bit I definitely want t the job. Everyone is pleasant as of now though.

Long and drawn out! 7 interview steps.. 2 interviews were the exact same. Geez! I understand finding the "right fit," but they're going to miss some great talent with this dramatically long interview process. Maybe their paying gold over there. 😆
We are certain that we are going to miss out on talent, and talent is not our measuring stick. There are millions of talented people.
