I received an invitation to apply through a job website and submitted my application. A few days later, I received a phone call to schedule an interview. I was informed that the interview would be conducted by three individuals: the head of the managed care department, the manager, and the supervisor of the department. The majority of the interview was conducted by the manager and the supervisor. I was informed that the head of the department was running behind schedule, so I waited approximately 10 to 15 minutes before the interview could begin. Once that time had passed, the manager and supervisor decided to start the interview. The head of the department joined the interview at the end, focusing primarily on my ability to handle workplace conflicts.
