      Server Interview

      20 Sept 2016
      Anonymous employee
      Senoia, GA
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied in-person. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Redneck Gourmet (Senoia, GA) in Feb 2014

      Interview

I came in to meet the location manager around 3:00 (the restaurant's slow time.) We sat at a table in the dining room and talked for about 15 minutes while the manager looked over my application. It was a short and sweet interview, they weren't looking for much experience or training. I got the feeling that the manager was trying to decide if I was personable and intelligent. He explained again the exact position they were trying to fill, and then asked if I could start the next Monday.
