First met with the Head of HR, then moved on to 3 rounds of interviews with members of the CS, design and strategy team. The last interview was a case study that I had to present to the team. It was a great interview process overall!
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Case study - given options of prompts, developed a solutions deck, Presented back to team and had a Q&A portion.
Questions were related to how would I respond to a certain type of email and what would I do in certain situations. It was pretty straight forward questions.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Redscout in Jan 2024
Interview
Structured and smooth. Made it to the last round but didn't get an offer, but everyone was lovely, respectful, and passionate about what they do. The person who would have been my manager communicated with me throughout the entire process and even coached me a little on what to prepare for the final interview.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Redscout (New York, NY) in May 2024
Interview
There were several rounds meeting the team, followed by a case study at the last round. I believe this was five rounds in total. In the end, I didn't get the role, I think they paused hiring again and then started looking again several months later. Probably didn't quite know what they were looking for... but that's typical agency interviewing!

Question 1
There was a brand challenge case study at the end! They provided several fictitious brand prompts, and I got to choose one to respond to and build out a presentation / case study, which I then presented to the team.
