I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Redshift Digital (San Francisco, CA)
Interview
First was the phone Screen. They asked basic questions about my background and what I was looking for. Then in the first in person interview, we did a resume and portfolio walkthrough. Then in the final interview, I was asked to do a design/whiteboard challenge.
All of them were pretty easy, and everyone was really nice.
