long, took about two months. first round was a 1:1 with an associate, fairly straightforward case and a behavioral, second round 1:1 with analyst, similarly level difficult case case, third was a 1:1 case - much harder - and behavioral with a senior level employee. also had to send in another writing sample. process felt long and communication was at times patchy, hr called to let me know no offer a little over two weeks after final interview. i wish i had spent more time preparing questions, otherwise just practice available social impact cases and do your research! overall, interesting and positive experience.

The case interviews follow standard structure, but have more equity-related questions than traditional management consulting interviews. Case studies focus on social sector issues (e.g., affordable housing, disease mitigation, etc.)
