Ghosted with no feedback after second round. First round was 30 min discussion with internal recruiter, talk about the role, alignment, etc. We were both happy to proceed. Second round was a 1h interview with VP of Engineering. It was a good discussion, I felt it went well. But after a month I've still not received any communication or feedback of any sort. I chased, but got no reply. They ghosted me. I understand I may not have been what they're looking for, I'm fine being rejected. But this approach of not saying anything is unprofessional.
