I have nothing but good things to say about the interview process, and the time I got to spend with HR and Engineering. The process starts with an HR screen, followed by an Engineering Manager technical discussion (no live coding). If you pass, you move on to a take home, and then a review of the system design / code with the EM and CTO. The last step is a team interview / vibe check. Although I made it all the way through Reebelo went with another candidate, and was kind enough to not only call me to explain why but also help me improve my resume and provide feedback.
