I was contacted nearly 2 months after applying. The recruiter scheduled a phone screening interview with me and requested that I am in a quiet place, free of distraction. I took some time off away from work to be available for this phone call. The recruiter was 25 minutes late to the phone screening. Phone screening went fairly well. Basic questions. It gave me the opportunity to ask questions of my own to interview the company I'm applying for. The recruiter felt strongly about me that she scheduled a second interview before we got off the phone. It was a Zoom meeting with the hiring manager for the following day. Again, I took some time off from work to accommodate the interview but unfortunately, I was stood up. I accepted the meeting invitation, emailed the recruiter the morning of the interview to confirm, and after waiting an hour on Zoom, I emailed the recruiter, thanked her, and withdrew my name from candidacy. A place that doesn't respect your time is no place for me. The Glassdoor reviews about this place is true. Just seems very toxic. By the way, the salary they posted to attract people to apply changed the moment I interviewed. I was told they're not offering that anymore.
