Reflexions interview questions

I was initially approached by a recruiter and had an initial phone screening. Then I did a few more phone interviews with the company and their client. And then an on-site interview.

Three rounds of interviews. First was by phone, next two were in person. Met a cross-section of the team including strategist, QA tester, senior developer. The last interview was more of a "panel" style format with a variety of technical and work style questions.
