Reformation Assistant Manager interview questions

The lady doing the interview was based in NY. she didn´t ask me any questions, just "tell me about yourself and experience". While i was talking, she wasn´t looking at the screen, i had the feeling she wasn´t even listenning to me, wich makes sense as she told me i wasn´t succesful for this position even though i´ve been on a superior role (store manager) for a more important store for a year and a half. It is really sad they are loosing good candidates for the lack of attention during the screening process, i´m aware they are still looking for someone.
