Super disappointing interview process. I went through 3 months of projects, interviews, and then took them 3 weeks to reply to me. They said they were putting the role on pause and would get back to me, I then see the listing reposted on LinkedIn so I reach out for feedback/ closure and they told me my experience didn’t align. Why would I have gone through 3 months if my experience didn’t align? Huge waste of time and energy that could have been avoided if they would have just been honest. Advice: just be straight up with people instead of giving them a false sense of hope for your own benefit.
