Head Hunting was on for Regal Estates where a subtle hint was passed on to me at a social presentation on the Joy of Giving Week at X.L.R.I. Jamshedpur. Then again at the Lohri nite which we had organised, I happened to meet a Chartered Accountant who happened to inquire about my final project at the end of my management programme at X.L.R.I. now this was getting serious because between the two, one referral was common. Got back to the referral account where I learnt about this start up & the role I could play especially in this onset of recession. Interview to a layman's perspective could be termed as fun & casual but it actually was intellectually threatening, set up in a club atmosphere without any hints of an interview [ just a general ice breaker , Vodka thrown in ]. All open ended questions & yes let me appreciate that none of the questions were leading. Diversion was created via a triangular seating arrangement [ 3 + 1 ] gets one odd man awkward. The best part of it was they got cross questioned and were party to it.
