I applied in-person. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Regal (Austin, TX) in Aug 2013
Interview
Super easy. Was basically asked if I was a normal not-crazy person. A little bit on job history, why I wanted to work in a movie theater, etc.
I was accepted for a position on the spot but then I never got a call on what my hours would be or anything. It was strange.
Asks questions about experience with customers and how to deal with messy situations. Must be willing to have a flexible schedule and be able to work long shifts. Very good overall and very kind people.
Met in person for 30-ish minutes with two managers who were just a few years older than me. They asked questions ranging from my past experiences to my love for film and availability.
