Interview
It was pretty simple. I was called in to meet with a hiring manager. I was told basic guidelines of the job and then you are handed a reference sheet and i had to get 2 references by the end of the week. I later got a call a few days later offering me the position which I accepted.
Asks questions about experience with customers and how to deal with messy situations. Must be willing to have a flexible schedule and be able to work long shifts. Very good overall and very kind people.
Met in person for 30-ish minutes with two managers who were just a few years older than me. They asked questions ranging from my past experiences to my love for film and availability.
